Delivery within Pakistan
Enter a complete address, city, locality and reachable Pakistan mobile number at checkout. Available standard, express and free-delivery options are shown with the current charges before you place the order. Express availability depends on store settings. Free-shipping coupons apply to standard delivery only.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders move through confirmation, shipping, out-for-delivery and delivered stages. Courier and tracking details appear in your account when our team adds them. Delivery timing depends on dispatch, your location, courier operations and circumstances such as weather or public holidays; express delivery does not promise a specific arrival date unless separately confirmed. Contact support about a delayed or unsuccessful delivery.
Before accepting your parcel
Do not accept a parcel that is open, unsealed or visibly tampered with. Refuse delivery and return it to the courier immediately, then contact our team with your order number. Record a continuous unboxing video before opening a sealed parcel and keep the product and packaging photos needed for a return claim.
