We process the information you provide when creating an account, ordering, submitting a review, contacting support or requesting a return. This may include your name, email, telephone number, delivery address, order details, messages, product reviews and return evidence. Account passwords are stored as hashes. We also process session identifiers and limited request information to protect the service against abuse.
How information is used
We use this information to manage your account, verify registration, fulfil orders, arrange delivery, provide invoices and updates, assess returns and refunds, respond to support requests and protect the store. Relevant delivery information is shared with the courier. Hosting, database, email and media providers process information needed to operate these services. Publicly displayed reviews may show your account name and review text; do not include private contact details in a review.
Cookies, local storage and retention
Session cookies keep you signed in. Your browser may store your guest bag, wishlist and recent searches so these features continue to work between visits. Signing out ends the current session; clearing browser storage removes locally saved information. We retain account, order, support and return records as needed to provide services, resolve disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Access is restricted according to staff responsibilities, although no online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can update your profile, manage saved addresses and delete notifications through your account. Use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion of information, or to ask about its use. We may verify your identity before acting on a request and explain if a record needs to be retained. Material policy updates will be reflected on this page; applicable legal rights remain unaffected.
