Cancelling a pending order
You can cancel an order from Your orders while its status is Pending. Once the cancellation succeeds, the order is marked Cancelled and reserved stock is restored. Please check the order status after submitting your cancellation.
After confirmation or dispatch
The self-service cancellation option is available only for pending orders. Contact our team if the order has already been confirmed or shipped; a cancellation at that stage is subject to the fulfilment situation and cannot be guaranteed. Delivered orders should use the return process where eligible. Cancelling an unpaid Cash on Delivery order does not create a payment refund. Coupon redemptions and first-order eligibility are not restored by cancellation.
